MedFlow Clinic System

MedFlow was built for a multi-specialty medical center in Alexandria running five specialties across two floors. The center had been managing patient records on paper and needed a system that could centralize everything without disrupting daily operations.

The system handles the full patient journey: from reception check-in and queue management to the doctor's consultation screen, prescription printing, lab order requests, and final billing at checkout. Each specialist has a customized consultation form suited to their field — a cardiologist sees different fields than a dermatologist.

The scheduling module lets receptionists book appointments across all doctors and sends automated SMS reminders to patients 24 hours before their visit. Overbooking alerts and color-coded calendar views help the front desk stay on top of a busy day.

For billing, MedFlow supports cash, card, and insurance-based payment flows. It integrates with three major Egyptian insurance providers and auto-generates the required claim forms. The finance team gets a daily revenue reconciliation report with a single click.

Since go-live, patient wait times dropped by 35% and billing errors fell to near zero.
