FieldForce Mobile

FieldForce Mobile was built for a logistics and maintenance company operating across Greater Cairo. Their technicians were managing jobs through WhatsApp and paper forms — leading to delays, missing data, and billing disputes.

We built a cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android) that connects field staff directly to the operations back-end. Dispatchers assign jobs from a web dashboard; technicians receive instant notifications with job details, client location on Google Maps, and all required checklists.

Key features: offline job completion (syncs when back online), digital signature capture from clients, photo evidence upload, GPS-tracked route optimization, live job status for the operations team, and automated service reports sent to clients by email. The app reduced job completion time by 35% in the first month of use.
