Servers take orders on tablets at the table; tickets route instantly to a kitchen display screen sorted by station. Menu items, modifiers, and pricing sync across every branch from a single admin panel, and combo promotions can be scheduled in advance for slow hours.

The system integrates with Talabat and other delivery platforms so incoming orders land directly in the kitchen queue alongside in-house tickets — no more re-typing orders from a tablet. End-of-day reports reconcile cash, card, and delivery-platform payouts automatically.
